Fair Housing Rights of Persons With Disabilities

Housing providers cannot refuse to rent based on assumptions about safety or self-care, except if tenancy poses a direct, significant threat not mitigated by reasonable accommodation. "Reasonable accommodations" are necessary changes to rules or services for equal housing access.
